We have upgraded shipping across all major markets to Express Air Freight and Local Warehouse Delivery. LIVALL subsidizes the majority of these shipping costs so that reaching you — faster — doesn't have to cost you more.
Free shipping is available once your order reaches the local threshold for your region. Your exact shipping cost and free shipping eligibility will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout.
PikaBoost 2 ships free to the U.S., Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most APAC countries. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Items within the same order may occasionally ship separately based on warehouse availability.
Track Your Order
Your tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order leaves our hands.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at user@livall.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with photos of any damage and your order details. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Replacement or refund will be arranged based on the outcome of the carrier investigation.
LIVALL is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
For orders shipped to freight forwarders or third-party addresses, LIVALL is not liable for loss or damage after confirmed delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination, order value, and product type.
Free shipping eligibility and exact charges are automatically applied at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply based on local regulations. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these are the responsibility of the customer.
